What day of the week will you come?
We assign a dedicated service day when you start your plan and we stick to it. If a holiday falls on your day, we contact you in advance to reschedule within the same week.
Do I need to be home for the weekly visit?
Not at all. Most of our Miami clients are at work or out when we arrive. We access the pool through your gate, complete the service, and send you a photo report when we are done.
What happens if it rains heavily right before my service day?
Heavy rain in Miami can significantly dilute pool chemistry and wash in debris. We account for recent rainfall in our chemical adjustments and extend our cleaning time when needed at no extra charge.
